The Tomasz Maj Lab at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine is seeking two postdoctoral researchers to join the team and conduct research in the field of tumor immunology.
1. About the Lab
Dr. Tomasz Maj is a research professor and Ph.D. supervisor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) School of Medicine. He received his Ph.D. in 2011 from the Polish Academy of Sciences and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, he served as an assistant research scientist at the University of Michigan before joining SJTU in 2019. His research focuses on immune cell metabolism and tumor immunology. He has published as first or corresponding author in leading journals including Nature Immunology, Science Immunology, and Trends in Immunology.
2. Application Requirements
Applicants should:
- Hold a Ph.D. in immunology, oncology, biology, or a related field from a well-recognized university or research institute;
- Have published first-author papers in reputable journals within the last five years and possess strong English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening);
- Be genuinely interested in scientific research, capable of independent thinking and problem-solving, and work well within a team.
