Event Recap | "Perceiving China" Social and Cultural Practice Activity — "From Hundred-Grass Garden to Three-Taste School, From the Curved Stream to the Preface of the Orchid Pavilion"

On May 17 and 18, Shanghai Jiao Tong University successfully organized “Experience China”, a social and cultural exploration trip to Shaoxing for international students. This event aimed to offer international students an in-depth experience of Shaoxing, a city rich in historical heritage spanning over 2,500 years, and to fully appreciate the essence and charm of traditional Chinese culture. 45 international students from 16 schools have participated in this activity.

Safeguarding Study Abroad Journeys! The 2025 Spring "Study Abroad Safely" Pre-Departure Training Session Concludes Successfully

On the afternoon of May 14, the 2025 Spring "Study Abroad Safely" Pre-Departure Training Session was successfully held in Room 1-106 of the East China Courtyard. The event was hosted by the "Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China", organized by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, and co-organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Over 200 faculty and students preparing for their overseas visits attended the session, gaining valuable knowledge and guidance to help ensure a smooth, well-prepared, and safe journey abroad.
