Introduction
Chuan Li, PhD in territorial development, is assistant professor in the Department of Applied Economics of University of Valencia (Spain). His research focuses on the innovation in the cultural and creative industries, design-enabled innovation, and cultural policies, among others. He has published a dozen scientific articles and indexed in international and national journals and books. In recent years, he has coordinated several academic and industrial projects at the international level in collaboration with universities (Jiao Tong University of Shanghai and Yunnan University) and intergovernmental organizations (ASEF), and has also participated in several EU innovation and research projects, such as Artcast4D, Designscapes, open DOORS etc. He teaches courses such as global arts markets, International economic institutions, Applied economics in and outside of the University of Valencia.
