The core of the program is to equip students with the selection and design of nutrient topics and a deep understanding of the application of nutrients in skin health. To achieve this goal, students are asked to select a beauty-related nutrient of interest, establish a research topic and design plan, and finally complete a group discussion presentation. During the implementation process, students from foreign universities such as Jiao Tong University and Cornell University will be cross grouped to participate in online courses and learn relevant theoretical knowledge. After one week of lessons, students are required to submit a group presentation. After two weeks, the project will be reported, and a group paper will be submitted before the end of the semester. In terms of evaluation, mutual evaluation within the group, mutual evaluation between groups and comprehensive evaluation methods by experts and teachers are adopted to ensure the fairness and comprehensiveness of the evaluation. Students will present and summarize their research results on the application of nutrients in skin health through group presentations and essays, so as to achieve an in-depth grasp of the course content and improve their practical application ability.
