About Scopus
Scopus, launched by Elsevier in 2004, is one of the world's largest abstract and citation databases. It covers the natural sciences, technology, engineering, medicine, social sciences, and arts and humanities. Scopus is a core tool for researchers to track disciplinary frontiers and conduct disciplinary planning. It is also widely used by many top universities, research institutions, and government departments worldwide for research evaluation, institutional rankings (such as the QS, THE, and CWUR World University Rankings), and scholar impact assessments (such as the Elsevier China Highly Cited Researchers and Stanford's Top 2% Global Researchers list). It is a crucial tool for measuring academic contribution and global influence.
The inclusion of Med-X in the globally authoritative Scopus database fully demonstrates that the journal has reached international standards in terms of peer review system, publishing standards and ethical norms, marking a new stage in its development and having far-reaching significance for the continued enhancement of the journal's international influence.
