The International Affairs Division (IAD) of SJTU has developed the Enhancement Plan for Management Personnel. The Plan is aimed at building out a global-visioned team of management and service personnel who can support and promote university internationalization,with a good knowledge of international education practices and patterns as well as a keen understanding of SJTU’s relevant policies.., With full use of resources in and beyond our university, we hope, through the Plan, to organize trainings for our faculty and staff, build online workshops for dialogue with foreign universities, and send management personnel on study visits to overseas world-class universities. By so doing, we can expect comprehensively improved management capabilities and administration efficiency across all departments at SJTU.
