Entry and Exit Administration

SJTU faculty and students can find the following services at the Entry-exit Administration and Service:
Reviewing and approving official overseas visits;
Issuing and managing licenses required for official overseas visits and providing visa-related services;
Reviewing applications of on-campus visits by foreign guests;
Providing international students with visa-related services and on-site medical examination.

International Conference

Any academic conferences, workshops, seminars or other meetings hosted or organized by SJTU or its departments in China's mainland shall be applied online in advance in accordance with related regulations.

03.

Foreigner’s Work Permit

As per China’s national regulations, foreigners must obtain the Foreigner’s Work Permit and the Foreigner’s Residence Permit before allowed to work at SJTU. Necessary materials and procedures in applying for the two permits are specified in the Guide to Application for the Foreigner’s Work Permit and the Foreigner’s Residence Permit (click here to download).

04.

Agreements

Online review and approval have to be conducted before any cooperation agreement can be signed in the name of SJTU or its subsidiaries.

05.

News Contribution

The International Affairs Division welcomes Chinese or English news articles/stories related to international work or activities contributed by any faculty member or student of SJTU.
