7. Payment Instructions:
After successful registration, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email and complete the payment by April 29, 2025.
*Payment is non-refundable. Failure to pay on time will be considered a forfeiture of your spot.
8. Accommodation and Meals:
Double occupancy rooms (same gender). If you require a single occupancy, please indicate this during registration and pay the additional cost during the payment period.
Lunch and dinner provided during the trip will not contain pork. If you have other food allergies, please mention them during registration. However, as this is a group trip and participants are many, customized dietary arrangements are not available (lunch and dinner will be set meals; breakfast will be buffet style). Your understanding is appreciated.
