From the Old Xuhui Library and Bao Yugang Library, to the Minhang Wenbo Building.

To further enhance archival information services for the entire university community and the public, the Archives and Cultural Heritage Management Center has relocated its archive repositories—previously located in the Old Xuhui Library and Bao Yugang Library—to the new Wenbo Building at the Minhang Campus, in accordance with the university’s overall plan. If you need to return to campus for any archival inquiries or services, be sure to note our new address!

A one-stop archival service hall is waiting for you!

When you arrive at Room 519 of the Wenbo Building on the Minhang Campus, you’ll find a newly opened, spacious and well-lit archival service and reading hall. We offer personalized, one-on-one archival information services, including document consultation, photocopying, printing, file transfers, borrowing, and more. Come experience it for yourself — there’s so much waiting for you to explore!

(1) On-site Services

Service Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30–11:30, 13:30–16:30

No external services on Wednesday afternoons

(2) Online Services

Scan the QR code to access the Archive Inquiry Service Center and proceed with online services.

Note: Services include online archive processing, appointment-based inquiries, renewal of borrowed archives, and online searches.

For online requests, our staff will process the application within 2–3 working days. You may choose to receive the documents in either electronic or printed format. Printed copies can be delivered via SF Express with postage paid upon delivery.
