It has been a month since I arrived in New Zealand. Life here is tranquil and the pace is slow, which allows me to calm down and truly appreciate and engage in things I want to do. The natural environment is excellent with beautiful scenery, blue skies, and white clouds everywhere. Even on cloudy and rainy days, there is a soothing feeling, although tropical cyclones have caused significant damage. Whangarei always enjoys sunny weather, and the long and narrow land brings an endless coastline. The beaches are soft and can be found everywhere, making even a casual stroll very comfortable. Engaging in outdoor activities is highly valued and appreciated here, as such vast natural surroundings should not be wasted casually. Working in this environment is also very pleasant. The working hours are not long, and labor rights are protected. Teaching Chinese to these lovely children is a joyful experience. When I am happy, the children are happy too. For children who are just beginning to learn Chinese, the most important thing is to feel the joy of experiencing Chinese culture and learning the language. I believe they really enjoy this process.
