Core Laboratories of School of Public Health, which were formally established in October 2017 after internal coordination and reorganization in the school; It is aimed to improve the efficiency of public resources use, ensure the smooth development of scientific research work in the school, carry out standardized management of large instrument and equipment in scientific way, fully mobilize and stimulate the innovation ability of researchers through network booking system, and assist each discipline in joint promotion of the exploration and development in the field of public health. Core Laboratories are composed of two places, i.e. Changning District Branch (No. 720, Xianxia Road) and central department (No. 280, South Chongqing Road) with a total area of more than 1,000 m2 and are equipped with instrument equipment for molecular biology and physical and chemical analysis, in total assets of about RMB 40 million. Big-size precision instruments include HISEQ 3000, 1290 UHPLC-TRIPLE QUAD 4500, GC-MS 7890B+5977A , PINAACLE 900T , QUICKPLEX SQ 120, 480II and 7500, flow cytometer and so on. Core Laboratories include mass spectrometry - proteomics laboratory, imaging laboratory, sterile purification room and molecular biology laboratory, etc.
