Our laboratory focuses on the regulation mechanism of glycosylation and glycans in diseases. We have mature techniques of glycobiology, cell biology, proteomics, and lectin microarray-based glycomics to investigate the functions of glycosyltransferases and protein glycosylation in the occurrence and development of diseases. On the other hand, we also focus on the glycan-based disease diagnosis, as well as the development of glycobiomarkers for translational medicine.
