There are 19 young researchers, of which most have senior title and oversea education background or working experiences in Genetics and Developmental Biology group. The research platform consists of four teams under genetics and Developmental research associated with plants and animals, focusing on: 1) reproductive and developmental mechanisms of animals and plants gametophyte formation; 2) the molecular mechanisms of cell death in plants and animals; 3) Animal and Plant Molecular Characteristics of GMOs; the platform can provide exchange students with professional education and training in the genetic and development research, such as  phenotypic analysis, live cell imaging, genomics analysis and other aspects of technology and experimental system.
