Laboratory of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering has a good working environment, advanced equipment and the group has initiated a number of research projects (as shown in Figure 1). It consists of 22 faculty members and 5 laboratory technologists. In the past 60 years, it has made remarkable series of achievements in scientific research, discipline construction and international cooperation: won the second prize in National Nature Science Award, the second prize in National Technological Innovation Award and the second prize in National Science and Technology Progress Award and five provincial science and technology awards; built the innovation groups of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Department and National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2011, 2014 and 2015, respectively; maintains long-term cooperation between well-known universities (such as the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, etc.) and international companies (such as Daikin Industries, Ltd., etc.).
