Professor Yongqiang Tu has been devoted to the total synthesis of bioactive natural products, the organic synthesis methodology of C-C bond recombination and the asymmetric organic chemical reactions. More than 200 SCI papers and 5 invention patents have been published in important academic journals at home and abroad. The group has undertaken "973" sub-project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSC) and "drug chemistry" innovation projects jointly funded by the State Administration of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education. The laboratory is equipped with complete organic synthesis experimental instruments and reasonable of researchers’ echelon. And the basic scientific research conditions of the working platform are excellent.
