The Institute of Media Information and Network (MIN) has been dedicated to researches on the information process technologies for digital media, including researches on the fundamental theory and key technologies in the fields of signal processing, computer vision, machine learning, multimedia communications, and bio-medical informatics. Our research team include 7 full professors (3 full-time and 4 guest professors), 3 associate professors, and over 30 Ph.D. and Master research assistants. Until now, the team members have received or been awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the Yangtze River Scholar award, the National High Level Talents Special Support Plan, the Program of Shanghai Subject Chief Scientist, and the Humboldt Research Fellow. Within the related research fields, our research team have published over 300 international journal/conference papers, including over 100 journal papers (over 70 of which were published on top journals, such as IEEE TSP, IEEE TIP, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE/ACM TPAMI) and over 200 conference papers (over 40 of which were published on top conferences, such as CVPR, ACM MM, AAAI, DCC).
