Our center was founded in 2001, Oct 8th. The center focus on studying plant bioreactor, plant secondary metabolic engineering, high-tech natural products and biotechnological research and products development. Now there are almost 40 staffs and graduate students in the center, among which are “ChangJiang Scholar” titled professor, two professors, 4 associate professors, 3 assistant professors and 1 technician. The center got over 20 research projects including China National “863” High-Tech Project and China National “973” Basic Research Program Project and so on. Our center has developed into not only an international cooperated research institute but also a global display and window for international exchange in the field of plant biotechnology.
